Many of us want to get started on sustainable development solutions, if only we knew where our contribution would be useful, and welcomed. Like us, maybe you have motivation to spare, but no ideas to act on? Or maybe you have ideas, but not the capacity to pursue it or lack the time or resources to implement them?

Our purpose is to raise awareness of projects that improve the lives of communities around the world... and the people who work hard to make them happen. We simply want to contribute to a more optimistic future. At 8ꟿdeas, you won't find huge projects funded with millions or prototypes to build a better life on Mars. Nor will you find creative projects that have been picked up by the world's media but never got beyond the "concept" phase. No. The ꟿIdeas listed here have shown their worth! We present you with down-to-earth and pragmatic projects, rooted in our environments and achievable in our communities.
